Deferring Capital, Collecting PledgesSRCCI operates as a legally distinct entity from my solo private clinical practice, BLKJADE. Mental Wellness, LLC. To protect my clinical capacity as a solo practitioner and maintain absolute operational transparency, we are actively finalizing a Model C Fiscal Sponsorship agreement, prioritizing a partnership with Southeast Uplift (SEUL).
Under this framework, our 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor will hold all grant and philanthropic funds in trust, acting as our direct financial manager to pay community vendors and professional service contracts via accounts payable.
